Sex Outdoors - Doing the Wild Thing in the Wild

Well for those of us in the United States summer is over and the first day of fall has arrived. For those of you who've been with me for a while, you know that I am a big fan of having sex outdoors in the fall or otherwise known as "fall sex." While those of you on the other side of the hemisphere are just beginning to enjoy some warmer weather. So either way, many of you should be able to indulge in the divine pleasures of some hot outdoor sex.
While I believe it's possible to enjoy getting wild in the wild any time of the year, I think fall is the most spectacular. There's something about those warm fall days when there's still a hint of summer in the air, yet you can feel a touch of fall as well, that is highly seductive and enhances arousal. Perhaps it's partially the awareness that the cold winter days will soon be upon us that incites a feeling of emergency and heightens our appreciation of the moment. Combine that with the breathtaking colors bursting from the foliage in front of our eyes and the feel of the elements on our naked body and we have a recipe for orgasmic bliss.
However, if you're experiencing a different season where you live right now, having sex outdoors can be thoroughly enjoyed just as well. Whether it's winter, summer, fall, spring, rain, wind, snow, ice or heat each of these provide of us with the opportunity to explore an exciting new sexual adventure complete with it's own unique sensations.
In the summer when the heat and humidity is high, you can lie back under the open sky and take it slow with some gentle leisurely lovemaking, while on a brisk cold winter day you can warm each other up with a quickie against the hood of the car as snowflakes build in your hair. In the spring, as everything comes back to life again, you can renew your bonds to one another with a picnic consisting of snacking on one another or cleanse and start anew underneath a warm spring rainfall.
Why Have Sex Outdoors?
There is nothing more natural than having sex outdoors. Think about it, before we had houses, our ancestors were likely to be taking their ride on the wild side just like all the other animals, underneath the starlight or sun rays, in a cave, behind a bush, down by the lake, against a tree or bent over a rock. We are, after all, just another animal. Having sex outside is so exciting because it satisfies one of our most primal urges. It reconnects us with our primitive roots; our raw, carnal and animalistic side.
It's one of the most effective ways to keep a relationship rich with variety, spontaneity and adventure, which are crucial for a satisfying sex life. With new surroundings, sights and sounds, sex outdoors gives us a change in routine, which we all need from time to time, gets the adrenaline pumping and brings our animalistic instincts alive which makes sex more exciting and invigorating.
The feel of the wind, sun and earth on your naked body, the thrill of something new and the possibility of being caught or engaging in something forbidden or dangerous arouses your senses in a whole new way. It stimulates our neurotransmitters, which in turn release endorphins and stimulates more sexual desire. We feel unrestrained, a sense of freedom and uninhibited. All of this together takes sexual arousal and pleasure to a new height that results in more intense, satisfying orgasms for both parties involved and strengthens your emotional and physical bonds to one another.
Because of this, it is one of the best ways to prevent sexual boredom, boost a declining libido and spice up a relationship. Many couples end up in counseling, suffer quietly or even break up because their sex life has lost its passion. It's unfortunate that more of them are not aware that there is a simple solution at their fingertips at all times and it doesn't cost them anything--the outdoors. Take advantage of what nature has to offer.
When you have hot outdoor sex it is a physical, emotional and spiritual experience that engages all your senses and connects you more deeply not only to your lover, but yourself, the Universe and a higher consciousness.
As Buck Tilton so eloquently describes in his book Sex in the Outdoors, "think of your act as a ceremonial rite, a bonding of yourself to the natural world. Let yourself be in contact with the rhythm of the Universe through the rhythmic movement of your personal dance of this most natural act. Let yourself feel, through your emotional high, the threads connecting you to the cosmos. Let yourself join, through your coming together the fertile continuum of all life - even if you've decided to put a stopper in or on your own personal fertility." Best Places to Have Sex Outdoors
It's important to keep in mind, that having sex in a public place is illegal and you may be arrested. Cameras are everywhere these days, so be careful or you may find yourself behind bars. Although this law is rightfully designed to protect innocent people from predators and prevent disaccord in society, I personally feel it shouldn't extend to those who engage in outdoor sex responsibly. However, the law is the law, so use caution and exercise good judgment.
It should also be noted that there is a difference between having sex outdoors and public nudity. For the purpose of this discussion we are not talking about public nudity or exhibitionism. If you have a desire to engage in this behavior, then find a place where this is acceptable, such as a nudist camp or nudist beach. Under no circumstance is it acceptable to have sex in a place where the eyes of little children may see you or you expose yourself to someone who is not a willing participant and may find your behavior offensive. Under these circumstances then you are violating the rights of others.
So although your inner exhibitionist may want to come out to play, I suggest you keep it discreet, respectful and responsible. It's very easy to find a secluded area along the lake or go off the beaten trail a little to find some privacy. I think one of the best places to have hot outdoor sex is in the country away from everyone, a secluded area at the lake or ocean. Pack a lunch, bring along a blanket and make it an all day event. However some other great choices may include a camp ground, your own back yard, a country road, your balcony, a forest, the breezeway, behind your garage, hiking in a park, the porch, over the hood of your car or the sun room.
Regardless of where you choose to play nookie in the wide open spaces, there's no doubt about it, getting back to nature and having sex outdoors provides you with an endless supply of tools to satisfy your primordial desires, increase arousal and keep your sexual adventures fresh, alive and exciting. The natural world is truly "your oyster," so to speak.
